To make an appointment with our virtual doctors, we suggest you contact our secretariat by phone: 514-516-6624. During clinic opening hours, you will communicate with clinic representatives and after opening hours you could send an SMS text to our number (514-516-6624) mentioning:

– Name;

– First name;

– Email address;

– Your cell phone number;

– Type of virtual consultation that you prefer: telephone consultation or video consultation.

If you prefer a Phone consultation, one of the clinic secretaries will contact you at the time scheduled for your appointment to put you in touch with the doctor.

If you opt for a Video consultation, we will send you an email message with a secure web link which, once clicked, will take you to the virtual meeting room with the doctor.

It is preferable to connect 15 minutes before the consultation from a device (cell phone, computer or tablet) with a camera and a microphone, both functional. In order to facilitate communication with the doctor, we suggest that you prepare all the relevant documents in advance (prescriptions, photos, medications you are taking, etc.)
